If six weeks was all that stood between yourself and a radical shift in mind and body, would you let it stop you? Nooma is best practiced within six week intervals—the time it takes to form a new habit.

Your practice may start out as a challenge. Some movements will be unfamiliar. Some moments will be hard. Yet like any investment in you, it gets easier with time. And the return? Greater than you could imagine.

 

The Classes

Nooma classes are a mix of yoga, Pilates, weight training, cardio, barre, and dance—infused with mindful movement and focused breathwork. It’s this balance between intensity and release that makes nooma so effective.

We strive to provide a freedom of movement that you won’t find anywhere else. We’re there to lead you through each class, but we don’t adhere to any strict ideologies. If you need to take a rest or stop for water, we encourage you to listen to your body.

Relaxed

Rest, Restore & Detox

HEATED 90-95

This class is an offering of recovery. Through long holds, slow flows, and gentle rotation, we give your body everything it needs to flush and reset. Whether you want to restore after an intense workout or detox your system, this class will help you create space in your life for much-needed rest. First we sweat, then we sleep.

High-Energy

HOTMIX

HEATED 98-102

HOTMIX is our most popular class for a reason. When you show up for this high energy, low-impact class, you show up for yourself. We start with the intention to focus, and build up to peak with high reps and light weights—that will feel a lot heavier than they are! Using control rather than momentum, we focus on the secondary and accessory muscles. If you feel like a fish out of water, you're probably doing it right.

This class was created for intermediate to advanced practitioners, but we all start somewhere. Beginners are encouraged to use bodyweight before adding load to the movements.

CHROMA

HEATED 98-102

CHROMA is a one-of-a-kind yoga class with the intention to find acceptance and freedom. Lingering in the poses for a few extra breaths allows us to focus on alignment and posture, while calming the nervous system. Let your breath take you where you want to go during the self-guided sequence. This is an ideal class for beginners or anyone looking to hold poses for longer. If you're new to nooma, you can take your learnings from CHROMA and apply them in the quicker-flowing HOTPOWER.

SWEAT

HEATED 98-102

Connect with your breath and spirit—and get a great SWEAT while you’re doing it. In this 45-minute class, we encourage the mind-body connection through heart-pumping cardio and deep breathing. We'll release into active recovery to lower your heart rate, but not for too long. Yes, it's challenging—but deeply rewarding.

This class was created for intermediate to advanced practitioners, but we all start somewhere. Beginners are welcome and encouraged to take breaks when needed.

HOTBARRESCULPT

HEATED 98-102

Unlock your potential in this challenging class that infuses strength into every movement. Through high-repetition, low-impact strength training with elements of Pilates and yoga, HOTBARRESCULPT will tone and lengthen your muscles. Many people report a better connection to their posture, increased flexibility, and improved endurance.

This class was created for intermediate to advanced practitioners, but we all start somewhere. Beginners are welcome and encouraged to modify movements when needed.

Dance Cardio

Let's dance! This is a fun and high vibe class that will put a smile on your face. Breathe deeply, get your heart pumping, and find joy in every movement. We recommend wearing athletic shoes and having water handy. All levels welcome.

 

Intense

HOTPOWER

HEATED 98-102

HOTPOWER is made up of thoughtfully sequenced poses that help connect your mind and body as you flow to the beat of the music. It's power yoga with dance elements mixed in, but the exact sequencing is renewed every 6 weeks so you can discover the full extent of your power within. HOTPOWER can be intense, and its signature is a deep release and feeling of reconnection. Healing is possible when you choose to release your wounds and let go of the past. This is your invitation to be vulnerable and leave everything on the mat.

This class was created for intermediate to advanced practitioners, but we all start somewhere. Beginners are welcome and encouraged to take breaks when needed.

LEANSCULPT

HEATED 98-102

LEANSCULPT is what happens when weights meet yoga. In this class you'll use free weights combined with cardio to intensify each yoga pose, while mixing in classic strength-training moves like squats, lunges, and bicep curls. Give your metabolism a boost and build lean muscle as you move along to upbeat tracks. This class will leave you glowing from the inside out.

This class is in our infrared heated studio warmed to 95-102 degrees, and experienced with upbeat, engulfing music. This class was created for intermediate to advanced practitioners, but we all start somewhere. Beginners are welcome and encouraged to take breaks when needed.

STRENGTH

HEATED 98-102

Say hello to your newfound STRENGTH. This class can be as intense as you want it to be, depending on which weights you start with, but we always hit the five major muscle groups for a full-body workout. By lifting to our limits, we realize how strong we truly are, both mentally and physically.

This class was created for intermediate to advanced practitioners, but we all start somewhere. Beginners are welcome and encouraged to take breaks when needed.

AWAKEN

HEATED 98-102

AWAKEN is part yin yoga, part vinyasa yoga, and part HIIT. Connect to your body and engage your mind through flowing movements, allowing your breath to evolve as you flow. This class is designed to take you to a place of stillness and awareness—notice how it feels to stop for a moment and listen to the voice within.
